CRM Automation

A CRM that maintains itself.

Owners, tenants, prospects and pursuits live in one record that updates from email, calls and documents on its own. Every other system on the desk reads from that record and writes back to it, so your people spend their hours in front of people.

Why it works

What changes once the record maintains itself.

Activity posts itself

Email, calendar entries and call outcomes land on the right record the moment they happen. Contacts, companies and pursuits stay current through the weeks the deal is actually moving.

One source every system reads

The dialer, the outbound sequences, the website forms and the reporting all read the same record and write back to it. A fact entered once shows up everywhere it is needed.

The firm owns all of it

Accounts, configuration, procedures and data sit in your own name, exportable in full, and they survive the end of any engagement.

How it works

How the base gets built.

01

Inventory

We look at the contact data, the mailboxes and the documents you already hold, and agree what a record needs to carry.

02

Build

The record structure, fields and pipelines go in, and your existing data is imported clean.

03

Wire

Email, calendar, dialer, website and outbound connect to the record so activity posts on its own.

04

Run

Each month we review what is being used against what was built, correct what is not sticking, and roll in new capability as it ships.

FAQ

What firms ask about the CRM base.

Do we have to change CRMs?

No. We build in the system you already pay for where it can carry the work. Most of our builds run on monday.com, HubSpot or ClickUp, and we will tell you plainly when a system cannot do what you are asking of it.

What happens to the contact data we already have?

It comes with you. We import it, remove the duplicates, fill the gaps we can fill from public sources, and flag what needs a human decision.

Who has access to our client information?

You control access. The build stays inside your own policy on client confidentiality, in your accounts, and we hold no copy of your data once an engagement ends.

What does this cost to run?

The software sits in your name at published vendor pricing. We resell none of it and take no margin on it, and you see the running monthly figure before anything is built.
