Real Estate AI Studio ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose information when you visit realestateaistudio.com, interact with us by email, phone, or SMS, or engage us for consulting services.
Information we collect

Information you provide directly. Your name, email address, mobile phone number, company name, role, and any details you share with us through our contact form, SMS opt-in form, Calendly booking, email, SMS, or phone calls.
Communications content. The content of emails, SMS messages, and phone calls between you and us. Phone calls handled by our AI chief of staff Marc are processed by xAI's voice agent service to generate responses; the audio is not retained beyond the duration of the call. Call summaries may be saved.
Standard web data. Pages visited, referrer, device and browser type, IP address, timestamps. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
respond to your inquiries; deliver services you have engaged us for; send appointment confirmations and follow-ups via email or SMS (if you have opted in); maintain a record of our communications; improve our services; and comply with legal obligations.
SMS messaging
If you opt in to SMS messaging at realestateaistudio.com/sms, we will send you transactional and operational SMS messages including appointment confirmations, follow-ups on active project conversations, and replies when you contact us first. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can request help by replying HELP.
We do not share or sell SMS opt-in data, mobile phone numbers, or message content with any third party for marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in records are used solely to provide the SMS service described above. SMS messages are sent through Twilio, our messaging carrier, and are subject to Twilio's terms and privacy policies.
How we share information
We share information only as needed:
Service providers. We use vendors to operate our business, including hosting (Cloudflare), email infrastructure (Google Workspace, SendGrid), SMS and voice (Twilio), AI services (Anthropic, xAI), calendar (Google Calendar), and analytics. These vendors process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.
Legal compliance. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We retain communications records and contact information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal and operational obligations. SMS opt-in records are retained for the duration of your subscription plus a reasonable period thereafter for compliance purposes.
Your choices and rights
You can:
opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text from us; unsubscribe from emails by replying or contacting us; request access to or deletion of your information by emailing us at the address below; or correct any inaccurate information we hold about you.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
