A written read of where AI fits in your firm.
We look at the work your people repeat every week, the systems you already pay for and the policy you work under, then write up which workflows are worth automating, what each one takes to build, and what it costs to run.
What makes the findings usable.
Grounded in your actual week
We sit with the people doing the work and follow a deal, a lease or a month end through every system it touches. The findings come from that.
Written against your policy
Firms have rules about where client data can go and which tools are permitted. The assessment says what is possible inside those rules and marks clearly what is not.
Costed before anything is built
Each opportunity carries what it takes to build, what the software runs monthly at published vendor pricing, and what has to be true for it to pay off.
What you receive.
- Working sessions with the people who do the work
- A map of the systems you run and where data moves by hand between them
- Opportunity areas, each with what we would implement and what you would get
- A read on your own policy and compliance constraints
- A software budget at published vendor pricing, held in your name, with no margin on it
- A sequenced plan naming what to build first and why
- The written summary, yours to circulate internally
- A session walking your team through it
How an assessment runs.
Sit in
We spend time with the people doing the repeatable work and follow one real matter end to end.
Map
The systems, the handoffs and the places data is retyped get written down as they actually are.
Cost
Each opportunity is sized for build effort and monthly running cost at vendor pricing.
Deliver
The summary lands as a document you own, and we walk your team through it live.
What firms ask before an assessment.
How long does it take?
It follows how many people and systems are in scope. A single desk is a matter of days. A firm with several departments takes longer and we say which at the outset.
Do we have to build anything with you afterwards?
No. The summary is yours and it is written so another firm could execute it. Plenty of what lands in one of these is work a firm does itself.
Our firm restricts AI in client work.
That is common and it is the first thing we establish. Business development, content, research and internal organization are usually open even where transaction systems are closed, and the assessment stays inside the line your firm draws.
What does it cost?
It is quoted as a fixed fee against the scope, agreed before we start.
