Set the AI office up around the deals you have already done.
We inventory the documents you hold, move them into one secure and searchable repository, and load the transactions already closed so the workspace answers from your own history. A question about a term or a date is answered from the documents. The method is written down so the next acquisition costs nothing to set up.
What the foundation gives you.
The workspace knows your history
Closed and current deals are loaded, so answers come from your own precedent and the documents you actually signed.
Answers trace back to a page
Every extracted date, option and obligation carries a link to its source document and page, so a person can check it in seconds.
The method survives the engagement
A plain language playbook for onboarding a new acquisition end to end, at a level someone can follow on their first day. You own it outright.
What the engagement includes.
- The existing document set inventoried and moved into one secure repository
- A deal based filing structure with consistent naming, applied and maintained
- Closed and current deals loaded so the workspace answers from your own history
- Key dates, options, obligations and counterparties abstracted into a record you can query
- One to one working sessions in your actual documents, recorded and indexed
- Inbound mail and documents triaged and summarized against the matter they belong to
- The repeatable method written down as a playbook you own
- Standard operating procedures for each workflow that changes
How the foundation gets laid.
Inventory
Everything you hold is catalogued and a filing structure is agreed before a single document moves.
Load
The set moves into one secure repository, gets organized, and the closed deals are loaded so the workspace carries your precedent.
Work through it
One to one sessions in your own documents, at whatever pace the material takes, each one recorded and indexed.
Write it down
The playbook and the procedures are written, handed over and yours outright.
What principals ask before we start.
Is this a training course?
No. The sessions are one to one and they happen in your own documents. We work at whatever pace the material takes.
Where do the documents live?
In a repository in your own name with access you control. We hold no copy once the engagement ends.
What is outside the scope?
Legal, compliance and accounting work. Everything the workspace produces is prepared for review by your own advisors. Hardware, IT infrastructure and security audits sit outside it as well.
What happens after the engagement?
It continues month to month if you want the review and iteration to carry on. The repository, the playbook and the procedures are yours either way.
Tell us how many closed deals you are sitting on.
Thirty minutes on where your documents live today, what you find yourself looking up twice, and what the next acquisition would need from you.
