MVP Development

Proptech MVPs built by people who ran the properties.

Most MVP shops know software. We know why leasing teams ignore new tools, what an IC actually reads, and where property data really lives. We build the version of your product a real estate customer will pay for, and cut everything they won't.

Why it works

Why founders build with us instead of a generic dev shop.

Domain judgment, not just velocity

Every proptech MVP dies on the same rocks: dirty property data, skeptical brokers, procurement that takes longer than your runway. We've sat on the operator side of those rocks and design around them from day one.

AI-native from the first commit

We build on the same agentic stack we use in our own managed workflows, so your MVP gets document extraction, deal screening, or copilot features as core architecture, not a bolt-on demo.

Scoped to close a design partner

The goal is not a feature list. It's the smallest product a named customer will run in production. We scope backwards from that conversation and ship in weeks.

What you get

What a build includes.

  • Product thesis workshop and a ruthless scope cut
  • Clickable prototype for customer conversations in week one
  • Production web app with auth, billing, hosting, and monitoring
  • AI features wired to real data, not canned demos
  • Integrations with the systems your buyers already run
  • A codebase your future engineers won't need to rewrite
  • Launch support and a 90-day iteration plan
  • Founder-readable docs for your data room
How it works

Thesis to shipped in four moves.

01

Scope

A working session on who pays, what workflow you replace, and what proves it. We leave with a one-page spec and a kill-list of features that can wait.

02

Prototype

A clickable version in days, put in front of real estate buyers you (or we) know. Their reactions rewrite the spec before code gets expensive.

03

Build

Short cycles, working software every week, demos on a standing call. You watch it converge instead of waiting for a reveal.

04

Launch

Deploy, instrument, and hand over. We stay on for the first design-partner onboarding so the product survives contact with a real portfolio.

FAQ

What founders ask before we start.

How long does an MVP take?

Most builds ship a usable product in six to ten weeks. The prototype you can put in front of customers exists inside the first two.

Do you work with non-technical founders?

Yes. Most of our founder clients come from brokerage, development, or asset management, not software. We translate the domain expertise you have into the product decisions you need.

Who owns the code?

You do, entirely. Clean repo, documented, transferable the day we hand it over. We want your next hire to thank us, not need us.

Can you help us raise with it?

We build the demo, the data room docs, and the metrics instrumentation investors ask about. We don't broker introductions, but our MVPs are built to survive technical diligence.

Bring the thesis. We'll pressure-test it for free.

Thirty minutes on your idea: who pays, what to cut, and what it takes to ship. If we're not the right builders, we'll tell you that too.
