Every space has what's next.
List retail and building contents. Get competitive bids from haulers. Keep it for sale while you do.
Why a floor full of furniture belongs on a board.
Both sides of the same floor
One office is being decommissioned while another is fitting out. Casegoods puts the contents of the first in front of the people furnishing the second.
Sell it, junk it, or both
A lot can carry an asking price and take haul away bids at the same time. The furniture stays listed for sale while removal is being priced.
The listing is a record
Photographs, counts, condition, floor, dock access and the removal deadline all sit on the lot, so every bid comes back priced against the same facts.
What the marketplace handles.
- Lot listings with photos, piece counts, condition and a removal deadline
- Competitive bidding from haulers and from buyers on the same lot
- Sale price and haul away price quoted side by side
- Hauler accounts reviewed by hand before an account goes live
- Licence type, number and state recorded on every hauler record
- Payment, freight and payout handled by the house
- Order tracking from accepted bid through handover
- Reviews on both sides once an order closes
Clearing a floor, start to finish.
Photograph the lot
Walk the floor and capture what is there. Counts, condition, the freight elevator, the dock, and the date it has to be gone.
Post it
The lot goes on the board with an asking price, an openness to haul away bids, or both.
Take bids
Reviewed haulers bid to remove it and buyers bid to own it. The bids arrive priced against the record on the listing.
Hand it over
Accept the bid that works, the house handles payment and payout, and the removal happens against the deadline already on the lot.
What brokers and haulers ask.
Who lists a lot?
Whoever is handing back or turning over the space. Office and retail leasing brokers, tenant rep, and property and asset management teams.
What does it cost to list?
Listing a lot is free. The house takes a commission on a completed order.
How are haulers checked?
Signup is an application rather than an instant account. Licence type, number and state go on the record and the account is reviewed before it can bid.
Can the same lot be sold and hauled?
Yes. That is the point. Keep it for sale while removal is being priced, and take whichever outcome is better.
What about land deals?
There is nothing to clear on a land or development site transaction, so Casegoods is built around occupied space being handed back or turned over.
Put a floor on the board.
Listing a lot is free and the house takes a commission only on a completed order. Photograph the floor, post it, and let the bids come back priced against the record.
