Kevin Krone is a real estate private equity professional and speaker known for his expertise in multifamily and retail asset management. He started his career working at a cannabis retailer which raised $350M, listed publicly, and grew to 1,500 employees within four years. He then graduated from the MBA program at The University of Texas at Austin.

 

Subsequently, he worked for Related Companies managing a $1.5 billion property portfolio of mixed use multifamily properties in California—a role in which he applies cutting‑edge AI to optimize operational efficiencies, and tenant experiences. Kevin now works for IHP Capital Partners investing equity into blue chip home builders on behalf of institutional investors.
